General Refund Policy:

Once a customer purchases any of our healthcare and/or yoga programs, the purchase is considered final and non-refundable. This policy applies regardless of whether the plan is cancelled before the end of the plan period. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the program, or inability to participate due to personal circumstances.

At-Home Sample Collection Refunds:

For any plan that includes at-home sample collection for diagnostic tests, a refund will be issued only if the customer's pincode is not serviceable by Elda Health's diagnostic partners. In such cases, the refund amount will be limited to the diagnostic cost only. We will not refund any charges related to the healthcare program or yoga component of the plan.

Refund Processing:

If a refund is applicable as per the above conditions, we will process the refund to the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days. Please note that the time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Non-Refundable Scenarios:

Apart from the specific scenario mentioned in section 2, please be aware that there are no other circumstances under which a refund will be issued. This includes situations where a customer fails to complete the program, is unable to participate due to personal reasons, or experiences technical difficulties with our website, web app, or mobile app.

Plan Modifications and Cancellations:

We reserve the right to modify or cancel any healthcare or yoga program offered by Elda Health at any time, without prior notice. In the event of a modification or cancellation, we will not be liable to provide any refunds or compensations unless explicitly stated otherwise.
