Prachi helps train her students in the Sivananda tradition of Yoga, which is an authentic and ancient system of Hatha yoga that helps maintain a healthy body, a peaceful mind and spirit. Prachi is also a certified Reiki healer, and a trained mental & emotional wellness counselor with Sahai Suicide Help Centre, Bangalore. She takes corporate, individual and group yoga classes for adults and in Bangalore which include training in Pranayama (breathing), Surya Namaskar (cardiovascular exercise) and Asanas (Yogic Postures) & deep relaxation. She has also freelanced with Cult.fit fitness centers in Bangalore from 2018-2019. Apart from this she also conducts Jal Neti (Nasal Irrigation) sessions throughout Bangalore. Jal Neeti is one of the cleansing kriyas in yoga that has immense benefits in relieving sinuses, asthma, migraine, stress, etc. Academically and professionally she is a Senior Program Manager with 18 years of varied experience in the corporate world of IT with a post-graduation in Software Engineering from Canada. A mother of 10.5-year-old daughter, with a love for gardening and outdoor activities, her days are mostly full with the silence and buzzing of life. "
