Any request to cancel a teleconsultation appointment is to be sent to service@eldahealth.com up to 12 hours before a scheduled appointment when we will have a full refund processed. On any request received up to 4 hours before an appointment, we will allow for a reschedule of the appointment to a future date with any adjustment fee applicable. Any cancellation with less than 4 hours for a teleconsult, will have no refund processed.
In the unfortunate instance of a no-show for a teleconsultation appointment or a webinar, we will be unable to provide a refund.
In case, an Eldahealth expert fails to show up for a booked teleconsult appointment or webinar, a new appointment will be scheduled or a full refund processed.
